not only lost your first tooth, but your second tooth as well! I’ve sure been waiting a long time for those
teeth. They’ve been loose forever!

As I told your brother when he lost his first tooth, the
first tooth is special, so I am leaving you $5.00 for it. For every other
tooth, you will get $1.00.
